Filter Foams

Our filter foams are polyester-based and have a fully open cell structure.

Due to the calibrated cell size, homogenous cell structure and three-dimensional web structure, foamed plastics are suitable for air filtering for example in the vehicle industry and in air conditioning and ventilation systems.

• The composition and structure of the filter foam enables constant filtering without significant decline in the filtering capacity.
• Can be washed and reused several times.
• Resistant to fuels, detergents, oils and greases. Avoid organic solvents.
• Can be laminated.
• Cell size is selected according to the filtering need.
• Delivered as sheets or cut-to-form pieces.
• Also available in a quality that meets the requirements of the FMVSS 302 fire standard.
