Possible applications include boat roofs, dividing walls and control cabins of working machines.

  • Average sound reduction (20 mm thick layer) when attached on a 9 mm plywood or 6 mm glass fibre base: 26 dB(A).
  • Thermal conductivity (λ) 0,037 W/k.
  • Standard thicknesses 20 mm.
  • With or without a self-adhesive background.
  • A light gray needle felt surface with good acoustic properties (or customer’s fabric surface).
  • Delivered as sheets (maximum sheet size 2000 x 1500 mm) or cut to form.

Product requirements

The product meets the requirements of ISO 3795 and FMVSS 302, which means that it is self-extinguishing. The product can therefore be used as sound insulation in vehicles.
